Gremlin's quest for the obscure, unique and downright unusual (see long-suffering wife for details), reached a new peak with this device. The engine was a BSA A10 bottom-end, fitted with a BSA A65 Lightning top-end. As anyone who knows BSA's will tell you, those two will not fit together. However, in the 1960's, somebody, for some unfathomable reason had attempted and achieved the impossible. Probably, just because they could.

The resulting mongrel engine, was fitted in a Rickman chassis. It was a beautiful looking thing and very fast. The only quicker 750 in Classic Racing at the time, was a round-case Ducati V Twin!
